1. Agreement

These terms govern the supply of services by CAMERON + ROSS PEOPLE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17184033 with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, UK, to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging us or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide employee benefits consultancy, workforce training and introductions to pension, payroll, banking and discount scheme providers. We are not authorised to give regulated financial advice; final product decisions remain yours.

3. Provider introductions

Where we introduce you to a third-party provider, your relationship with that provider is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any introduced provider.

4. Fees

Fees, deliverables and timelines are set out in a separate engagement letter or statement of work agreed with you in writing.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
